Open a Corporate Account
(Membuka account/mendaftar atas nama perusahaan)
1. Client will have to apply under personal account first
2. Verify your identity as usual.
3. Email us at info@gainscope.com (Mail Subject: Corporate Account Information) and mention your login number
4. You will receive an information about Corporate Account requirements
5. We will then re-activate this account as corporate account after positive verification client’s documents.
We will need to receive following documents for all beneficial owners, directors and representatives of the company: passport or id copy, copy of proof of address, bank reference letter.
In addition, we need the following documentation for the company:
a) Certificate of incorporation
b) Memorandum and articles of association
c) Certificate of directors
d) Certificate of shareholders
e) Registered office
